Daily Spends – A Diary of Spending Habits

Nice day yesterday. Took a half-day to go watch the children’s Chistmas play. Learned not to give the ‘thumbs up’ during a solo as it results in crying:

Fuel – £20.00
Breakfast – £2.76
Lunch – £1.76
Groceries – £16.56
Pizza & chips – £5.99 (lamb, mushroom & black olive)
Total = £47.07

Love Mondays . . . absolutely love ‘em!

Breakfast – £0.00 (no time – I know that’s bad)
Lunch – £3.06 (ham & mozarella pannini, coke, kit kat)
Total = £3.06

Woke up this morning on the back of a dream about winning the Olympic Gold in the mens 4×100m. Brilliant dream! I could feek myself running and everything.

General day really:

Breakfast – £2.70
Lunch – £3.40
Beer – £5.40
Total = £11.50

Here’s what I spent on Wednesday 16th April 2008:

Train Fare: £14.50
Lunch: £1.10 (Tomato & Basil Soup)
Bus Fare: £1.00
Total: £16.60

One look at the ‘Tags’ section on my blog will reveal that beer & alcohol are one of the most prolifant purchases in my spending regime. . .

What’s interesting though is that I didn’t realise that until I started this blog. So I’ve had a look at it now and am ready to re-dress the balance. Plus the fact I’m 28 today and need to slow down a little
